Northbridge Credit Ltd. uses your personal data to run your account, decide whether to offer you a plan, collect payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

What we collect

• Contact details, date of birth and address; for businesses, company details.
• Identity checks and, with your consent, bank account information to check affordability.
• Your plans, purchases and payments; device and sign-in information for security.

Who we share it with

The shop you buy from (order and payment status only), the lender of record for your plan, identity, credit reference and fraud prevention providers, and our payment provider. With your consent, other lenders on the platform when they assess your application.

Your rights

You can see your consents and withdraw optional ones under Consents in your account, ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, and complain to your data protection authority. Some records must be kept for legal reasons even after you close your account.
